BorderRadar is an information platform that provides data about border crossing wait times. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk. The app is intended as a supplementary travel aid and does not replace official guidance from border authorities or government agencies.

2. Disclaimer

The information provided through BorderRadar is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the app. BorderRadar disclaims all responsibility for travel decisions made based on app data. You should always verify important travel information with official sources before crossing a border.

3. Pro Membership and Subscriptions

BorderRadar offers a free tier as well as a Pro subscription that unlocks an ad-free experience and additional features as they become available.

• Payment: Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• EU Withdrawal Rights: The 14-day statutory withdrawal right does not apply once the subscription has been activated and content delivery has begun.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Rules of Conduct

By using BorderRadar, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate wait time reports
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the app

Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The BorderRadar name, logo, app design, and all content within the app are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the app is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
