• Voluntarily submitted wait time reports – border crossing wait time data you choose to share through the app.
• Email address – collected when you create an account, used solely for account verification and management.

2. Payment Information

BorderRadar does not store or have access to any payment information. All transactions, including Pro subscription purchases, are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or handle your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive financial data.

3. Data Accuracy

Border crossing wait time information displayed in the app is based on user-submitted reports and estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Users should verify critical travel information through official sources before making decisions.

4. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal information

You can delete your account and have your data removed directly through the app's "Delete Account" feature in Settings, or by contacting us at borderradar@gmail.com.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal grounds:

• Contract performance – to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests – to improve the app and detect abuse
• Consent – where required by applicable law

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

BorderRadar is not directed at users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
